These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and gu77 ("gu77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gu77 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any related features accessible at gu77.club and its associated sub-domains.

By accessing gu77.club, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from gu77 under a prior Terms violation or fraud investigation.

gu77 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at any time, at its sole discretion, if it believes that a User does not meet the eligibility criteria or has provided false information. In such cases, any genuine funds (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses) may be refunded to the payment method on record, subject to verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on gu77. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If gu77 discovers that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — gu77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void all transactions, bonuses, and winnings across those accounts. The following rules apply to all gu77 accounts:

• Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (mobile number and password). gu77 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to keep their credentials secure.
• Account sharing — permitting another person to access or operate your gu77 account — is prohibited. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of who performed it.
• gu77 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

gu77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, collusion, or violation of these Terms. In cases where fraud is confirmed, all funds in the account may be voided.

gu77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 across all supported payment methods. gu77 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may not be able to withdraw funds until the verification process is finalised. gu77 may request supporting identity documents as part of KYC.

gu77 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that is associated with suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a potential violation of these Terms pending internal review. gu77 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonuses expire at the end of their validity period and are removed from the account without compensation.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Claiming the same bonus multiple times by creating duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• gu77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change, unless the bonus was credited in error or obtained fraudulently.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash value outside of the rollover process, or used as collateral for any purpose. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until rollover requirements are met.

gu77 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gu77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including through the coordinated placement of bets designed to guarantee a return regardless of outcome.

Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings in their account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gu77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the gu77 platform or any services offered therein. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if gu77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gu77 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gu77 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part of it at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason, without liability to users. gu77's total aggregate liability to any player, under any circumstances and for any reason, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Your continued use of the gu77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
